What we collect and why

Through the waitlist form we collect your e-mail address, company name, the Allegro categories you sell in, and your language preference. We use them only to let you know about the SellerKokpit launch and the early-access offer, and to better fit the product to sellers on the list.

Legal basis

We process the data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time — just write to hello@sellerkokpit.pl and we will remove your address from the list.

How long we keep the data

Until the product launches and early-access communication ends, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.

Who we entrust data to

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt region). For e-mail communication we use the Klaviyo platform (an EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework participant) and other trusted processors — always under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). For anything, write to hello@sellerkokpit.pl.
